Locate the response vehicle nearest the scene and direct it to the exact location.

Managed Maintenance

The process involves the pre-authorisation of maintenance expenditure and invoice scrutiny, so that costs associated with servicing and repairs are strictly controlled and within acceptable norms.

The actual maintenance and service costs are charged to the customer at the end of every month after being scrutinised for accuracy. (It is also known in Australia as “do and charge”). Managed Maintenance can be utilised in conjunction with an OPL or as a stand alone product.

Maintenance Contracts

The total maintenance risk is carried by Flexfleet for the full contract period. This means maintenance fees are fixed, irrespective of actual expenditure incurred over the contract period by Flexfleet.

Asset Tracking and Recovery

Flexfleet will be able to track and monitor 24/7 and provide pro-active reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. All vehicles can be located in less than one minute from receipt of request.

On-line exception reporting

Flexfleet reports on aspects to allow customers to monitor vehicle misuse and abuse.

Vehicle misuse – Flexfleet informs clients when drivers are entering No-Go zones or using the vehicle outside of working hours/designated areas.

Vehicle Abuse – Monitor driver performance criteria such as speeding, over-revving and harsh braking, thereby generating significant savings in the areas of fuel consumption, maintenance and vehicle replacement frequency.

Utilisation Management

Generate trip summary reports on the fleet to establish total drive time and kms for a given set of vehicles over a user defined period.
